Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot for a Sales application, and it is mainly used by Sales related positions, and this application really helps you stay organized, and if used properly will grow your business exponentially. I would suggest anyone who needs a CRM application move to this one immediately. Train your Sales team and it will pay for itself.
Pros
- Helps you stay organized, and an organized sales person is a successful sales person.
- Helps track deals, sales, and pipeline very efficiently.
- You can easily track what your team is doing and make adjustments faster to get them to be more successful.
Cons
- Moving data over when I add contacts I have to retype all the info.
- When you search through all of the accounts yours don't always pop up first which makes finding accounts hard sometimes.
- Ask us more about what we need. I have never heard anything from y'all on how you can help us.
- HS has a very positive impact on sales and being able to increase your sales if used properly.
- The daily tasks is the most important feature with my current role.
We can see all of the Marketing emails that they send out to each of our customers this really helps us when contacting them we can follow up on the Marketing emails to help push what they are wanting that month.
I wasn't involved in the decison, but I now support it 100 percent.
