Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot across our entire organization as our system of record for Marketing and Sales. It helps create alignment between our go-to-market teams and provides a single place to capture information on all of our relationships (advisors, influencers, partners, prospects, customers, etc.) and on our pipeline.
Pros
- Single place for Marketing & Sales (also use HS for marketing automation).
- Visibility into deals and sales activity.
- Easy to use dashboards.
Cons
- Attribution and custom lifecycle stage functionality is limited.
- Increased sales rep adoption.
- Operational efficiency.
Absolutely. Both Marketing and Sales are aligned on our use of HubSpot and it's our go-to place for data!
