Solid platform, costs high for start up if not accepted into program
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Currently used as sales and Investor CRM. We use it for outreach, tracking and target focus. Eventually, account management and service will be implemented as well.

Cons
- Searches are a bit weak and inaccurate. Use exact spelling and company is buried in list
- Dashboard are difficult to manage at times
- Complicated imports and exports with child relationships are not possible.
- Effective contact marketing and targeting
Has put them on the same track and insync
Seems to work fine for now. Dalpad was difficult to get started.
