Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We have recently upgraded our account with HubSpot to use for Sales and Marketing. Previously, we were using the free option just to record contact information. It is used across the whole company that is all remote working, so it provides a great opportunity to work together as a team from international locations. HubSpot allows us to manage large numbers of contacts with a small team. Sequences and workflows have been invaluable.
  • The tasks function is a great way to keep on top of contacts and actions.
  • Lists are amazing; it allows us to make our marketing emails really focussed in small groups.
  • Sequences have massively reduced the number of staff hours spent on sales and marketing work.
  • There's so much more to learn and try, we're taking it a step at a time!
  • I sometimes find understanding which functions are available in our package confusing. I get excited about something new that I can do and then find it requires an upgrade. The company has a financial plan for sales and marketing, and upgrading exactly when you need isn't always possible.
  • I wish tasks were automatically completed when a sequence comes to an end.
  • I'd like to see a more user friendly integrated SMS function.
  • It's too early to say what the financial gains have been, we are currently measuring the outgoing against any sales increase, however, we are certainly seeing a smoother process and better recording.
  • I think we are more able to determine which contacts may lead to conversion at an earlier stage.
  • Much greater ability to remove dead opportunities and make our marketing more focussed on quality leads.
I love the friendly appearance of HubSpot and the massive amount of support available online for every challenge you may encounter. I have only awarded seven because on occasion I struggle to keep up with the changes and new/beta functions. That said with HubSpot I have been able to achieve things like workflows and sequences that were previously outside of my capabilities. Most often if I wonder if HubSpot can do something for me, I find it can with a little research.

Our contacts generally come in through visits to our website; it's great to be in a position to record their status immediately and their interests. This means that we can start with targeted marketing right away. The phone call function is absolutely ideal for a company such as ours where we are all working remotely. It means when I make a call I can sit at my PC with the volume up; I can also record everything in one place. Offering a 'book a meeting with me' link in all our emails has been a really convenient way to chat to our customers at a time that suits them, without the back and forth of trying to find a convenient time to call.
