Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it across the whole organization. We use the CRM, sales pipeline, tasks, calling, and email features.
Pros
- Tasks: I live in my tasks dashboard
- Deals: Keep me flowing on deals
- Calls- I use the calling feature to get through my tasks more efficiently.
- Email - I connected my email and appreciate the read receipts and click notifications.
Cons
- Can be hard to learn at the beginning.
- Understanding how to associate customer, company, and deals.
- The mobile app for iPhone isn't that great but I do use it.
- Increased sales rep adoption: positive.
- Shorter cycle deals: keeps me on track.
- Cost savings: I manage my accounts and time much better saving me time and the company money.
HubSpot is great for keeping my team organized, communicating, and on track. Its streamlined our sales process. We do not have the marketing package, however, I used HubSpot at my prior employment and the marketing feature is absolutely incredible.
