Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The HubSpot CRM is being used throughout the sales team as well as through our business manager. We use it to log our calls and contacts to ensure that we are not contacting the same leads. The CRM is also beneficial for logging how many calls we have made, making it easier for the managerial staff to monitor our progress.
Pros
- Email tracking- this is great for seeing who is interested based on how many opens and to see if they opened our estimates.
- Logging deals under sales is good to track deals won and lost and see how well we are doing as a business.
Cons
- I have yet to run into any issues that I think could be done differently.
- I think the ROI is huge from HubSpot in that we are seeing shorter deal cycles because we can be on top of the accounts more.
The CRM has definitely helped to mend the marketing and sales team. The email campaigns are the best way to reach people for our business and HubSpot makes it easy to send those out to the contacts we want to reach.
