Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We as a company use HubSpot to keep of track our sales, keep track of incoming clients, [and] keep track of and log emails and phone calls. Both the sales team and the upper management team utilize HubSpot. It is very helpful to have notes on clients after a change in staff so the new members know what transpired.

- There are a lot of things I have to do in the system twice.
- Once customers are added to deals things get odd.

At our company the sales and the marketing teams work very closely with one another. HubSpot checks all the boxes for us as a whole to help track our sales numbers and keep track of where those sales came from so we know where to best allocate funds for marketing.
I am new to sales after being a laborer for the last three years. I have zero experience with any other customer relations systems. Learning the ins and outs of HubSpot was challenging at first, but [I] got the hang of it after 3 or 4 months of using it regularly.
