Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM for sales, marketing, and customer success. HubSpot CRM helps us collaborate between teams and ensure consistent messaging throughout. It helps us with lead scoring, managing sales pipelines, and tracking customer engagement. Since starting to use HubSpot CRM, our overall efficiency has increased exponentially. I am better able to recall information by using the call recording feature!

- Lacking ability to pause call recording in order to take card info and then continue recording
- Lots of drop-downs/expand all--better customization would be nice
- Increased efficiency
- Increased close/win rate
- Better overall collaboration
HubSpot CRM has increased our effectiveness throughout! Having sales being able to see when a marketing email is being sent and what it says has been a huge value to the team. Being able to align messaging and time sales outreach so as not to overwhelm clients has helped with our close rate as well.
