For tracking sales, leads, conversations, financial tracking; addresses problems of email campaigns, contact updates, financial issues.
- Tracks emails
- Allows for easy-to-change widgets
- Does what Mailchimp can do but also has CRM capabilities
- Columns take up too much space. Text and columns are too large. Not enough information fits on one page.
- Problem converting data from Salesforce to HubSpot CRM, tracking names, and duplicating accounts.
- Needs better functionality in financial models.
- Everyone can track tasks easier
- Centralized place for email automation
- Drag-and-drop widgets are easier to adjust
Allowed us to track financial sales in different verticals. Marketing can also come back and send reports on who clicked on emails and then create models to see if it lead to sales.
- Salesforce Lightning Platform (formerly Salesforce App Cloud)
We selected HubSpot CRM because it is easier to pull reports, but less data is visually there.
