Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

For tracking sales, leads, conversations, financial tracking; addresses problems of email campaigns, contact updates, financial issues.
  • Tracks emails
  • Allows for easy-to-change widgets
  • Does what Mailchimp can do but also has CRM capabilities
  • Columns take up too much space. Text and columns are too large. Not enough information fits on one page.
  • Problem converting data from Salesforce to HubSpot CRM, tracking names, and duplicating accounts.
  • Needs better functionality in financial models.
  • Everyone can track tasks easier
  • Centralized place for email automation
  • Drag-and-drop widgets are easier to adjust
Pretty strong. Its user interface is fairly friendly; not too complicated.
We selected HubSpot CRM because it is easier to pull reports, but less data is visually there.
