Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It's being used by the marketing department. We use it as our marketing software to measure our digital marketing efforts, as well as some offline activities. It's our database for our lead-generation efforts as well as our tool to post on our social media and send our marketing emails.
- Easy to use. Very intuitive. Great for people that don't know anything about coding.
- Almost everything that you need and want to do is possible with HubSpot. Very complete platform.
- There is always someone from customer support to help you. They always answer quickly and provide excellent answers/feedback.
- Sometimes filters for lists take too long to set up; they could be less repetitive.
- You should be able to merge companies; even if Salesforce is connected.
- Let us have more than 20 reports per dashboards.
- Better tracking of marketing efforts.
- Better nurturing of leads generated via online efforts.
- Better association of deals/opportunities with leads coming from online efforts.
Mailchimp was basically used only for marketing email creation. In HubSpot, marketing emails are just a small part of all of the capabilities that the platform has. Although Mailchimp is really easy to use (just like HubSpot), I think that HubSpot is a more complete platform because you can do and manage everything there. While with Mailchimp, that would be one of the many platforms you would have to use for all of your marketing efforts.
