Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM within our Sales and Solutions portfolio, linking both pre-sales activities and our digital marketing. By hooking both services together, our marketing campaigns contacts are managed in HubSpot and depending upon contact responses, hot leads are pushed into the Sales pipeline for follow-up. This funnel together with the pipeline of Sales activity ensures we have a single version of the truth when planning our future activity and corresponding with potential future clients.
Pros
- Nice clear pipeline view of Sales prospects and in flight activities
- Clear reporting with dashboard and custom reports
- Good CRM integration with third party websites
- Campaigns management and reporting is particularly good
- Good GDPR management
Cons
- Historical versus current data reporting, e.g. pipeline views compared to same periods from previous years
- Scheduled outputs at a report level and not just dashboard level
- Social media listening to complement the social media publications
- For digital marketing, our ROI came about by removing point solutions and consolidating into HubSpot.
- For Sales, our ROI is on the back of improved pipeline reporting and targeted leads generation
The progression of a prospect, through to lead and/or hot lead, based upon our business rules, has really accelerated and focussed our sales function in finding the right organisations and decision makers to support our potential future clients. These features were the main drivers for choosing the product and HubSpot CRM has delivered on this vision.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM) and Zendesk Sell (formerly Base CRM)
We chose HubSpot CRM because of the ease of integration with our existing website and low cost service charges. Overall, we were not compromising on functionality to deliver our ambition.
