Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM across the whole organization, and it has really helped tie it together. Marketing, sales, and customer success all enjoy the automation and having access to the same information on leads, users, and companies. We use it for sales, deals, marketing, and support. We also use SEO Tools to get an overview of where we should focus on content creation.
From my experience, HubSpot CRM is very easy to use compared to similar tools. It has extensive documentation and templates. While the system is big and overreaching, they also have quick support and dedicated customer success managers.
This has been the biggest impact of HubSpot CRM. The departments can see the progress in real-time of marketing and sales. [It has helped] where a deal is in the pipeline and which marketing mail has gotten more engagement from a sales lead.

Well-suited for companies where cross-department sharing of information is key. Like where you can report from the whole lifecycle of a lead from marketing lead to sales, to deal made and then supporting tickers. Less suited for siloed organizations where information doesnt need to be shared.
