I can’t recommend Hubspot CRM enough!
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The Hubspot CRM is being used across our organization. We use the sales tools to implement and track a sales pipeline as well as contacts and communication. We also used it within the higher management team to create and update monthly reports.
It makes managing our sales deals easier as the information is all in one place.
Pros
- Your business information, such as deals in the pipeline, revenue streams, and contact management is all in one place
- I enjoy using the sales pipeline feature. This allows us to track where contacts are in the sales pipeline, revenue, and how likely they are to convert to a qualified lead.
- Templates. Hubspot allows you to create email templates so you don’t have to continually write out the same email.
Cons
- I honestly can’t think of anything
- Sales rep adoption
- Shorter deal cycles
Our sales and marketing teams work very closely. Through Hubspot CRM we can see what deals have been created and how that impacts the marketing and sales function.
We’ve tried the marketing emails which worked really well for us and we were able to connect it to a different ‘from’ email address that wasn’t a user on our Hubspot system.
