Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is our primary sales and marketing software. Both the sales and the marketing team use the tool for both sides of the business. It is a pretty good tool. Stronger on the marketing side than the sales side.
  • Marketing Automation
  • CRM and Discovery Call Tracking
  • Syncing with Outlook
  • There Sales Automation is lacking
  • Drip Campaign and Reporting
  • Sales Reporting on Outbound email
  • Creating Report
  • It has been a useful too to have both Sales and Marketing under the same roof.
  • The sales automation can be improved
  • It appears based on the general feel, that is a marketing tool that has added sales functionality.
It is pretty easy tHubSpot CRMr general day-to-day activities. However, creating reports is not intuitive and is very slow. Salesforce is much better at reporting than HubSpot CRM. I would say that Hubspot needs to improve its reporting capabilities and make it stronger and faster.
I did not choose Hubspot. Others in the company did. Therefore I cannot comment in regards to this.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Discord
HubSpot CRM seems to be stronger on the marketing side. For example, lead generation, doing campaigns, and whatnot. When it comes to sales, CRMS, equal sequence analytics, and various drip campaigns I just feel it is not as strong as it could be when comparing to other tools I've used in the past like Reply.IO or salesforce.com
