Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

[HubSpot CRM is] used by the whole organization, marketing nurturing's, sales process, pipeline management, follow-up tasks. We [use it] everyday, [to] contact our [clients], [use] the charts section, we [make forecasts using the data received], we manage our teams, we make reports, make courses to improve our knowledge and more.

At least with the ones I have used it is much more complete, I can trust the data that I have registered and not doubt at any time the reports or forecast information. The customization is much easier than others, in addition, I can have a lot of tools at hand without having to add other paid packages. The HubSpot Academy is incredible, it has helped me a lot to understand the system and reinforce my knowledge.
[Bloobirds], it is a very new system, it tends to fail a lot, it has given us some problems with the integrations and its customer service support has caused us problems on many occasions.

[When using HubSpot CRM] the integrations with different applications such as [Slack], and other [CRM's] is simple but complete, it allows us to integrate the necessary information to detect areas for improvement of our equipment. At times customization can be complicated and limited. In general, the reports are very good and offer us relevant, necessary and accurate information, if we do not have them in the reports section, we always have the option of creating them with our needs.
