Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
[HubSpot CRM is] used by the whole organization, marketing nurturing's, sales process, pipeline management, follow-up tasks. We [use it] everyday, [to] contact our [clients], [use] the charts section, we [make forecasts using the data received], we manage our teams, we make reports, make courses to improve our knowledge and more.

It has helped the marketing and sales departments to work more closely, it [gives] us incredible feedback. In addition, when it comes to analyzing metrics, it allows us to really understand the behavior of our sales and marketing funnel, to understand how they are progressing in each of the different stages and to be able to maximize our resources.
[Bloobirds], it is a very new system, it tends to fail a lot, it has given us some problems with the integrations and its customer service support has caused us problems on many occasions.
