Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it for the enterprise sales department to keep track of prospecting, deals, and account management. We are looking at the capacity to add sales forecasting for replacement filters for our Purifiers.

It is so easy to keep track of attachments and documents between the company and individual contacts so we don't need to hunt through inboxes for everything. Being able to integrate with ZoomInfo has been extremely valuable, as well.
  • Very intuitive! I've used Microsoft Dynamics 365 for the past 3 years at 2 different companies, and this is SO MUCH EASIER. When working on a deal, the last 30 days of communication with anyone at the client company automatically load onto the page and is easy to reference.
  • The email tools are clean-looking with good suggestions. It integrates very well with G-Suite and I feel like I have access to all my tools wherever I'm sending an email.
  • It's very customizable- you just might need to hire a coder to add on anything custom, but it's quite robust as-is.
  • I wish it automatically created or associated a Company Record when adding a contact. It's required to input the company name and URL when making a contact, but it will ask you for that same information again when making a Company record. It's very time-consuming to have to associate 20+ contacts to one company record one by one. We are hiring a coder to make this happen, but I don't see a downside to making it a standard feature.
  • Definitely hire a professional to customize things for you. One change requires 6+ pages of code.
  • Easy for Sales rep adoption
  • Helpful for deal forecasting and visualization
Again, so much easier than Microsoft Dynamics 365. Very intuitive and easy to get information back out of the CRM as well as input.
[I feel] Dynamics 365 is a clunky mess. Difficult to use, not pretty, and you have to search for everything. HubSpot is the exact opposite.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

I can't stress enough how much better this is than Microsoft Dynamics 365. I was floored by how everything just *works* on this platform. The little details like email attachments being automatically stored in an "Attachments" section on a contact record really make this usable. Looking at a Company record will aggregate the conversations and activities from all contacts associated with the company, giving you a big picture view. I don't ever feel like I need to hunt for something once the contacts and companies have been associated properly.
