Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM for our marketing department and sales. It helps organize our email marketing efforts and most importantly our sales and the full sales process.
- HubSpot provides the most detailed filtering and organization of contacts I've ever seen. This makes it extremely easy to segment our prospects and customers to better serve them.
- There are an unlimited amount of reports so anything you need to report on, they have reports available. If they don't have one that specifically meets your needs, you can easily build your own custom report.
- Website analytics are better than Google Analytics, allowing you to tie your website visitors with any marketing campaign you may be running.
- The only thing I'd like to see within the product is more email templates available.
- It has increased our productivity internally through the sales process resulting in less time spent nurturing our prospects.
- Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
The user interfaces of HubSpot CRM are substantially better. Also, accessing help and support documents to help the learning journey is extremely easy to find compared to Infusionsoft. The navigation is easier to understand in HubSpot CRM and it offers a more robust feature lineup.
