Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM makes organizing all of our projects very easy. I can use the filter option to quickly gain the information needed. Automated emails make the job easier to communicate information to customers. We store all communication with customers in HubSpot CRM, so everyone who has interactions with a particular customer can go in Hubspot to see the status of a project. I would be very lost without Hubspot, and I really enjoy using the program to help keep us organized.

  • I am not very involved in the background setup of HubSpot CRM, but it functions perfectly for what I need it to. I do not have many features that could be improved.
  • I have been able to handle more projects because HubSpot CRM helps keep me organized and on track

I do not work in sales or marketing, but it has made communication with sales reps easier to have info in the notes everyone can access.

If you need to stay organized as your project moves through various steps, HubSpot CRMis perfect. If your project timeline is less defined, maybe a little more difficult.
