HubSpot CRM is used to collate and structure outreach to prospects we generate through lead gen initiatives. The ability to automate through workflows is amazing, not only saving us time but also highlighting prospects to reach out to based on a huge range of factors like website views, form downloads, marketing email interactions, and more. The ability to have multiple pipelines and create forecasts is also instrumental for us.

We integrate Mailchimp and HubSpot CRM will pull all of the information such as opens, clicks, form fills, and everything in between through to the relevant prospects in the HubSpot CRM. We can then score prospects based on their interaction and create a score threshold for' SQLs' which is where we have recently got up with Sales and Marketing.
