Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is used to collate and structure outreach to prospects we generate through lead gen initiatives. The ability to automate through workflows is amazing, not only saving us time but also highlighting prospects to reach out to based on a huge range of factors like website views, form downloads, marketing email interactions, and more. The ability to have multiple pipelines and create forecasts is also instrumental for us.

I have used many other CRMs and HubSpot CRM is really up there in terms of UI and UX but also just overall ease of use.
It did take a few weeks to get my head around some of the more technical things like workflows, and the reporting section is overly complicated in my honest opinion.
Reply.ai is a purpose-built email campaign and automation tool. It is far cheaper and easier to use, so if you did want a pure email campaign and/or email automating tooling, I would recommend it. However, Hubspot CRM pulls all of this functionality into the CRM making it a one-stop shop.

HubSpot CRM is well suited for anything to do with sales and software sales. It particularly suits SAAS, in my opinion, due to the ability to forecast on ARR/MRR. It's also great for pulling through information online and associating to specific records like company profiles.
It would be less appropriate for smaller businesses due to cost.
