Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM for both marketing and sales purposes. We utilize it to schedule social media posts and email marketing blasts, as well as collect and manage contacts via forms on our website. From a marketing perspective, it's easy to schedule and manage social posts, either singly or multiple at once for a campaign, and then see how they perform. HubSpot CRM allows us to schedule emails, run automated campaigns, and analyze all the data easily. The forms on our website are all HubSpot CRM driven and are even easy to update on the fly as needed. On the backend, HubSpot CRM makes it easy for our sales team to monitor their contacts, conversations, and deals. Overall, a very powerful tool for marketing and sales, and very easy to learn!
  • Scheduling social media posts.
  • Send emails automatically, as a response to a form fill.
  • Sending mass communication emails to targeted lists or all contacts.
  • Currently no ability to post multiple images on Instagram. Only one at a time.
  • It can be info-overload because there is SO much to learn.
  • Some have fought learning it because it's "new" or not Salesforce.
  • Integrations with email don't always stick.
  • Better ability to report on social channels more consistently.
  • Easy reporting on emails and campaigns.
  • Easy updating and adjusting of forms as needed.
  • Challenges with salespeople adopting because it is new to them and a very overwhelming tool.
I have not used any other CRMs in the past, so I cannot answer this question. I do like that it combines multiple pieces into one, so instead of having email deployment software, web stats monitoring, and having to schedule posts on individual social platforms, HubSpot CRM does all of that and then some.
We had both Mailchimp and HubSpot CRM at the same time for a while, without my predecessor even realizing that we were double-paying. We were not able to send emails to customers in HubSpot CRM without having to export and import, which is an unnecessary time-suck. Moving away from Mailchimp, and using a system we were already paying for and not using, was simple and helps save time (and money) in the long run.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

Because HubSpot CRM offers different plans and scalability, it might only not work for very small companies. Otherwise, I think it works for virtually everyone. You do need to have the time to dedicate to learning it, and possibly training your staff, but HubSpot CRM support is incredible and they go above and beyond to help you get the answers or solutions you need to solve your problem. I also recommend attending Hubspot User Group events if at all possible.
