Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to respond to emails, deploy equipment, look up our companies and so much more. HubSpot CRM is one of the first websites we open as soon as we get to work. It is essential in our everyday job.We switched over from a different database and I can't see us moving again anytime soon.

So much easier. Everything loads very fast, it's so much easier to keep track of everything we need to do, and we just all feel way more organized. Everyone was so relieved when we got rid of our old platform. Not only that, but everyone loves this one. We will not be switching anytime soon.

HubSpot runs so much smoother than Act did. We are way more organized and have a way better process of how we get things done now. When we made the switch everyone was so ready to get rid of that database. We have had very few issues since we started using this database.

For our type of business, this is a great database. Anyone in this industry should definitely look into using this platform. We have very minimal issues and it helps us get our job done fast because everything is so organized. Everyone in our company loves it and we are so glad we switched over to it.
