Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We are using Hubspot as our CRM for new business sales, renewals, and customer services tickets. It helps us consolidate all information and records in one place to create a seamless sales to post-sales transition for our clients.

Pros

  • Track responses
  • Simply and beautifully move deals between stages
  • Message clients at scale and manage lists

Cons

  • Forecast is not always tracked in logical ways
  • Does not accurately account for fiscal year
  • Too many fields in general
  • Revenue growth
  • Easy to track
  • Easy to see deal cycle
Much, much easier to use than Salesforce. It is plug and play and requires less in depth system knowledge. Easier for emails than SalesLoft as well. It is a great one size fits all tool.
Sales and marketing can easily see and keep track of leads.
One size fits all and perfect for a scaling team! Easy to implement and change processes as you go.

Hubspot CRM is fantastic for a small business that is scaling. As you are defining a sales process, it is perfect to implement easy processes. As an organization grows, it is challenging to manage the many different pipelines and the forecast is less sophisticated. However, I love it and couldn't do my job without it!
