Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is being used by the Sales department.
  • Great reporting of sales figures.
  • Calls registration for training.
  • Creating sequences.
  • I am fine with the current features.
  • Great CRM leads to revenue growth.
  • Faster follow up with customer.
Email tracking is a great feature. It helps knowing when a client viewed our emails so we can call them immediately. The Gmail extension makes it easy to go directly to the profile of the client in Hubspot. Deals interface gives a global idea of the sales rep pipe size.

Hubspot CRM provides better marketing features. Also, it is easy to adapt Hubspot CRM with our sales cycle.
There are many other features such as sales reporting that give a better idea of the business progress. In addition, Hubspot CRM hosts web pages that make it easy to promote new products and services.
