Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot as our CRM and outreach tool. Our whole company uses it and it helps us to reach out to current clients, in addition to prospecting for new clients. Hubspot has an easy integration for Zoom Info so when I find the right names I am able to send those names right into Hubspot and start my email campaigns instantly.
- Easy integration with all the other tools I use daily.
- Great support when I first started and currently when I am attempting to use new tools they offer.
- I sometimes forget to save when creating new campaigns/sequences so an autosave feature would be a huge asset.
- There seem to be a lot of steps when creating certain things, so more direction on what to do next would also be helpful.
- Me personally, I have had a lot of success with a shorter cycle to book calls, I did some A / B testing on what time I send emails and because HubSpot CRM has time to send feature, it helped me learn what times are best to send emails (Pro-Tip), send early in the morning, or later in the evening, and send Sundays!!
I am not a decision-maker at my company but have been an avid user at all the companies and HubSpot CRM is far superior in what I use it for; collecting contacts, creating sequences, launching said sequences, and being reminded of what my tasks are daily.
