Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot as our CRM and outreach tool. Our whole company uses it and it helps us to reach out to current clients, in addition to prospecting for new clients. Hubspot has an easy integration for Zoom Info so when I find the right names I am able to send those names right into Hubspot and start my email campaigns instantly.
  • Easy integration with all the other tools I use daily.
  • Great support when I first started and currently when I am attempting to use new tools they offer.
  • I sometimes forget to save when creating new campaigns/sequences so an autosave feature would be a huge asset.
  • There seem to be a lot of steps when creating certain things, so more direction on what to do next would also be helpful.
  • Me personally, I have had a lot of success with a shorter cycle to book calls, I did some A / B testing on what time I send emails and because HubSpot CRM has time to send feature, it helped me learn what times are best to send emails (Pro-Tip), send early in the morning, or later in the evening, and send Sundays!!
Easy to use, easy on the eyes, and very user-friendly. I have used a few other CRM's in my professional career and this one is top-notch for the role I have today. If I were in a more basic role, it may be a bit too much for me, but for today's role, it's just right.
When I add a new contact, the marketing team has added a feature that auto adds them to the Marketing campaign list as well. We can work together to make sure our message is passed along without being too salesy.
I am not a decision-maker at my company but have been an avid user at all the companies and HubSpot CRM is far superior in what I use it for; collecting contacts, creating sequences, launching said sequences, and being reminded of what my tasks are daily.

Yes

I would highly recommend HubSpot CRM to any company and/or colleague. There are so many features I have yet to even learn them all. I love that there is integration from Zoom Info and my email through Outlook. As previously stated, there are a few too many steps sometimes, but you eventually get the hang of it.
