Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use [HubSpot CRM] to sync up with our online webinars that collect leads and then split up the leads and rotate them to our sales reps to follow up. It's mainly being used by our sales department but it assists in all parts of our organization with keeping track of our customers. We had a problem with a sales rep talking to the same leads and customers as well as having communication being between stages in our services.

HubSpot CRM effectively helped get our marketing team's webinar leads into a system that is understood by our sales reps. Our marketing team is able to send the sales department leads and HubSpot CRM can rotate the lead to be assigned equally to each sales rep. The automation helps create tasks for sales reps to also follow up afterward.
