Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot CRM to manage sales interactions and communications with clients.
Pros
- Organizing leads.
- Reminders for sales followup.
- Framework for email communications.
Cons
- Screen view - I would lie to see more categories with out having to slide across.
- I think list management instructions could be easier to follow.
- I would like more training without having to pay.
- HubSpot CRM emails are often caught in spam filters.
- It's a good way to track sales and leads.
- Keeps reminders for followups.
- Allows customization for mass emails.
I only have one other employee so we are aligned by both using HubSpot CRM.
I was more familiar with HubSpot CRM from using it at two other companies, so I continued when I set up my own. It was also less expensive than Salesforce.
