Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM to manage sales interactions and communications with clients.
  • Organizing leads.
  • Reminders for sales followup.
  • Framework for email communications.
  • Screen view - I would lie to see more categories with out having to slide across.
  • I think list management instructions could be easier to follow.
  • I would like more training without having to pay.
  • HubSpot CRM emails are often caught in spam filters.
  • It's a good way to track sales and leads.
  • Keeps reminders for followups.
  • Allows customization for mass emails.
I have only used Salesforce and HubSpot CRM. HubSpot CRM seems a little easier but Salesforce seems to have more customizations and analytical tools.
I was more familiar with HubSpot CRM from using it at two other companies, so I continued when I set up my own. It was also less expensive than Salesforce.

It's great for keeping in contact with clients and proving a framework for managing workloads.
