Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot CRM to collaborate our Sales and Marketing efforts. Our Sales reps use to organize their sales pipeline and collaborate sales efforts. Management uses it to track activity. Marketing uses it to send daily email prices sheets, weekly flyers and track social media engagement.

  • Ability to edit templates in product quotes.
  • Calculated Fields.
  • Great lead generation.
  • An efficient method of distributing daily price sheets.
Hubspot takes a different approach than the other traditional CRM's I've used before. The information is set up in column format vs rows. This concept took a little bit to get used to. But once I worked with this I find it to be more functional and easier to work with than other CRM's.
I've evaluated Salesforce (too complicated and expensive). Used V-tiger (I like the ability to customize open-source programs) Used Zoho. Hands-down Hubspot is the best CRM I've worked with so far.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Google Sheets, FileMaker Pro
Great for smaller organizations but beefy enough to grow as our needs grow. The learning curve is less than other rivals.
