Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

This is an awesome CRM! I use it multiple times a day for deals, adding and tracking contacts, and keeping myself organized where all things Project Management are concerned. I cannot say enough good things about the templates, the way that you can use marketing emails, the sequence set up...I have used just about every function there is in HubSpot and love each and every one. Setting up contacts and companies, adding specialized fields for your own needs, all of it is so user-friendly that it makes what I do so much easier. I have even taught coworkers to use it and they have since jumped on the HubSpot bandwagon!

  • Marketing Email Sequences.
  • Marketing Email Templates.
  • Collateral and PDF Document storage.
  • Document storage (filing).
  • Increased pipeline visibility.
  • Shorter deal cycles.
  • Transparency.
It's great! I have used Salesforce and although some of the features are enhanced with Salesforce, it really is comparable for much greater cost savings.
As I mentioned before, I have used Salesforce and some things are enhanced but not near the cost savings.

I email the same template to onboard apprentices and having this available to just put into an email and send out has made it extremely easy to repetitively onboard. I have also created forms that I send a link to so that they can fill out their own contact information that I have to have for each so I can create a "shell" contact and they can fill in things like address, phone numbers, and so on.
