Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it for managing merchant to company and within company communication.

Pros

  • Snippets.
  • Ease of attaching and associating items to account.
  • Reports for internal ops tracking.

Cons

  • Inventory tracking.
  • This question doesn't apply to my job role.
Love it, it does have someone of a learning curve, but every time I learn something new, it generally makes things a lot easier in the long run.
Salesforce - I love how much more user friendly and intuitive HubSpot is compared to the others I've used.
