We use HubSpot to manage all our customer contact details and quotes. Ease of access for other team members Allows management to manage activity of customers. Keep tracks under tasks is very handy for customer and quote follow-up.
- Tasks - ability to remind you to follow up with a customer.
- Quotes - Very easy to provide quotes to customers.
- Entering company and company information.
- Obtaining information from Sales & Quote requests off website.
- Mobile App could be more user friendly but does help with some information.
- Ability to track when an e-mail is opened allows us to follow up.
- Keeping track of quotes - expiration dates - allows us the ability to contact customer - shorter deal cycles.
- Ease of use - saves on staff training.
