Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Using HubSpot for more than 1.5 years already, one of the best CRM systems, it has best tools for follow up with clients, reminders, tasks and so many other features. It can be integrated to any business and very easy to understand all the functions and features, one of the best feature that I like is automatic follow up emails that can be send with a specific schedule.

- Create more functions for multitasking.
- Need to improve interface a little.

So far haven't seen a huge impact on marketing teams and the other thing that I can mention is it helps better for sales team because everything can be handled automatically so that tasks can be done easily and it saves a lot of time so sales team can work with more clients.
HubSpot has an all-in-one CRM platform called Sales Hub. It includes custom objects, sales engagement software, CPQ tools, and an amazing sales analytics, it has better pricing and with HubSpot, I save more time and save a lot of money, compared to Salesforce it is twice cheaper annual cost.
