Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to organize partnership leads and deals, track their progress, and communicate with prospects and partners. Business Problem: Keeping track of lead email communications and follow-ups Solution: HubSpot provides an easy-to-use solution for tracking emails all in one place, setting up follow-up alerts, logging notes and meetings, saving contact information, and integrating with your preferred email inbox.
  • Calendar and Email Integration with Gmail & Chrome
  • Logging and Tracking opening and clicks in email
  • Reporting on lead behavior, team progress, etc.
  • More customization in reporting
  • Training and resources on how to use
  • More diverse contact and lead information fields
  • Increased efficiency in lead management.
  • Improved communication between members of the same team working with the same contact or deal.
Much more included than Pipedrive.

We use HubSpot to manage partnerships, as those are a valuable part of our business outside of just sales contacts bringing in trackable revenue. Some of the reports and fields are not built to support that and make for confusing reporting and marketing efforts.
