Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot as a way to track our leads and also to understand our marketing. By using the CRM we are able to do many things like email leads, call them directly from the browser, and even send video [messages]. It is very helpful to see which leads we are reaching, but my favorite part is being able to see my tasks for the week and how it measures up to the previous week.

It has made it easier for the sales team and the marketing team to be on the same page with our leads. We are able to decide which marketing blasts to send to which leads with a sample report. That allows us to be more directed and target specific leads with certain marketing emails.
I have never used other software.
