Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I love HubSpot! The layout of the CRM is very helpful and easy to navigate. The task menu is the best since you do not have to remember who to follow - everything is timed. I love how you can create a company with contacts and track each and every activity, including if they have viewed your email and what have they clicked on. You can create your own templates, put pics on them, create links, meeting links - simply amazing.
I love HubSpot, I have used Zoho and truly dislike it - it is slow, freezes, Hubspot has a clean and easy interface to use. Zoho is all over the place, if you open more than one tab that has a Zoho contact the rest cause google chrome to crash, you can not view in Zoho a list of all your contacts in a company - that makes your work double, triple or worse sometimes.
Not sure how to describe with. Without HubSpot, I would not be able to track my tasks and future activities. So without HubSpot, I would have to do triple work and for sure forget or miss something, it is automation, a great one.
