Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We have FaceBook ads that automatically generate Hub Spot deals. We can also monitor chats, emails, and basic company info via HS that allowing us to act quickly and work based on more accurate info. This way, we log and track all our interactions to better support our sales and after-sale customer service.

  • Merge and link contact with business
  • Manage deals, calls, tickets, emails, etc
  • Link contacts from LinkedIn
  • Allow to dispatch deals fairly within a sales team, establish rules and automate
  • Easier follow up with prospects

A high business prospecting business like Buster Fetcher is awesome with HubSpot. Any business that interacts with clients to support, upsell, needs to follow up, and build relationship is great. Not so great if the list of contacts does not grow, for example, if it's a provider that has a very closed or specific area with no growth.
