Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is our main tool for account management, lead and prospect management, all new deals, and marketing automation. With this we were able to get rid of the 4-5 systems we were previously using and bring [them] into 1 unified system making processes more efficient, workflows easier, and data more accurate. We have a team of about 15-20 in HubSpot so it's really important for us to not be in multiple software confusing team members and potentially harming the sales process from the start.

I've used Salesforce before. HubSpot is just easier to navigate, create, and manage. You don't have to be an expert to do it. They even overtraining and certification to make you that though. Salesforce I can't say the same thing about. It felt like we always needed to hire outside help when working with it.
In the end, HubSpot was a better system, that saved us time, and unified our sales and marketing. This was something that was previously lacking in our organization. Now, we have one software that everyone can see and understand the big picture with ease. To add and sweeten the deal Hubspot also saved us cost wise but that wasn't the main driver to use them. It wound up being a cherry on top.

It's been a great tool to help manage both inbound and outbound lead processes, deal stages, and the post-sales process of adding on more features. It gives great insight into the customer journey and where they are at in their journey. Email communication recommendations are a great feature to make sure prospects are getting them at the right time. The only thing I'm not a fan of is when we get spam/unqualified accounts in our view. There are no current proactive steps to identify. That'd be a great feature.
