Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is our main tool for account management, lead and prospect management, all new deals, and marketing automation. With this we were able to get rid of the 4-5 systems we were previously using and bring [them] into 1 unified system making processes more efficient, workflows easier, and data more accurate. We have a team of about 15-20 in HubSpot so it's really important for us to not be in multiple software confusing team members and potentially harming the sales process from the start.

It got us into 1 unified platform that everyone is able to see clearly what is going on. It's much better than having multiple systems because they don't always have an accurate view of the whole picture and it can skew data be hard to manage. With HubSpot, we don't have that problem.
In the end, HubSpot was a better system, that saved us time, and unified our sales and marketing. This was something that was previously lacking in our organization. Now, we have one software that everyone can see and understand the big picture with ease. To add and sweeten the deal Hubspot also saved us cost wise but that wasn't the main driver to use them. It wound up being a cherry on top.
