Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Our primary use case for HubSpot is to track our business development pipeline and project business performance for future quarters. The Gmail integration makes it extremely easy to catalog the status of new deals and find new opportunities with existing clients. The time to set up was fine, but CRM customization can be quite time-consuming depending on your specific needs.
