Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot [CRM] honestly is great. It allows us to pipeline our clients all under one roof. It's VERY user-friendly and allows you to set tasks for yourself as a reminder. This means that no more writing appointments down in notebooks or setting meeting timings in calendars. It's great also because you can easily add or delete contacts/ companies. It allows people to keep track of their productivity, depending on how a particular company is set up. You can easily backtrack to previous tasks/ notes etc. The integrations are great. my company has used a few other programs and we could easily use those. Easy for marketing. The only downfall would say is that when we have a mark a company as "no contact necessary" or " do not contact" It doesn't really change much on the account all it does is change the status, so the person looking at the account isn't really alarmed to not call the client. Only if you scroll and read through the notes then you would know what's happening. If that one little thing could be changed it would be great!
Pros
- logs calls
- tracks emails
- merge/ integration of accounts
- integration of other programs.
Cons
- When changing the status of an account, there should be a pop-up or the color on the account should change to alarm the rep not to take action on the account.
- increased sales rep adoption
- more calls can be made
Made it really easy. Our marketing team has to do limited work and our sales team can use tools other colleagues have used so that the team can be on the same page
