I mainly use it for outreach. It helps streamline the outreach process and provides agility. It helps with visibility among teams and mapping becomes less of a hassle. It helps in keeping track of the communication to the prospects and the customers which makes life a little bit easier. It helps in keeping track of the lead progress, setting up meetings, emails, and calls.
