Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

With HubSpot, I am able to keep track of my target accounts and build out customer sequences and call tasks to keep constant communication with them. The versatility of HubSpot's lists and filters makes it easy to pull the exact info of companies I am looking to target at that given moment.

Yes, it is a lot easier to use than NetSuite is. With HubSpot, many of the features are easy to set up and view right out of the box. Using NetSuite the user interface is more outdated and takes more time to fully understand. I was able to use HubSpot simply by dragging a dropping different reports.

HubSpot is great for small sales teams and for ease of integration into other softwares. It might be a bit too simplistic for larger companies
