Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
With HubSpot, I am able to keep track of my target accounts and build out customer sequences and call tasks to keep constant communication with them. The versatility of HubSpot's lists and filters makes it easy to pull the exact info of companies I am looking to target at that given moment.

Yes, marketing is able to add and reach out to leads alongside the sales reps. By having access to the same territories and contacts, marketing can add additional touch-points to help the sales teams get more opportunities.
