Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is used all throughout the company, ranging from product development to sales and marketing. HubSpot is the number one tool I use daily to check client and contact info, sales accounts, and deals.
- Deal creation
- Contact information
- Analytics
- Integrations (Toky for example)
- Easy sales representatives adoption
Sales and marketing are completely aligned with the help of HubSpot and that shows on the teams' performances. It's easy to find a simple path from lead generation to deals being closed.
Both give access to a lot of information but HubSpot is easier to use.
