Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I have been using HubSpot in the company from the beginning. It has helped us manage most of our reach-out operations along with the various data points in order to make decisions related to future strategies. A seamless working with all the colleagues and never been an issue of cross-lead connect. We have been utilizing it for smooth sales operations.

Cons
- Tracing of emails - Unable to track the actual person that is opening the email
- Increased sales rep adoption
Marketing and sales in our organization are using HubSpot for various joint efforts. There are a few things that need easy access for both the team while managing the tasks and assigning the leads. However, the current version of the platform fulfills all the requirements of the sales and marketing teams.

As I already mentioned, I have found various features that are essential in order to perform seamless operations between different departments. Along with this, I find it very easy to track and achieve my goals as well as align my goals with company goals. It's an overall good package for any enterprise.
