Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is an excellent CRM to manage lead database. Very user friendly and easy to use. Many tools and capabilities to customize your needs. Helps manage database of clients and easily organize tasks and emails. Easily integrates with calendars and meeting links. Keeps sales funnel in order, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks with helpful reminders.

Very easy to have both sides align together. Fo us, our production team and sales team are able to align easily with different pipelines and dashboards. Very easy to switch between and makes cooperation effortless. Very simple and functional, easy for all teams to be aligned. Seamless connection between all teams.
Salesforce is a very powerful CRM as well, a lot more expensive and has many capabilities. For our team, not necessary to have all those features at such a high cost. Hubspot provides everything we need at a much better pricepoint. Layout and ease of use is better with Hubspot.
