Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it for both inbound and outbound sales strategy. We have been using more for outbound sales. Get it is not designed for it but it's the tool we have. We were working with a marketing group to increase inbound sales. We rely on it to track and organize communication and marketing material.

It's not any easier than other systems. Only minimal experience with Salesforce but they both HubSpot CRM and Salesforce seem similar. Setting up sequences, while not hard, is not intuitive from the start.

It's customizable but that makes things overwhelming. It works great when someone emails you and starts to create a profile but becomes a lot of work when attempting to create an outbound campaign. I like the tie-ins with other systems. We use Panda Docs for closing deals. That is helpful.
