Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it for both inbound and outbound sales strategy. We have been using more for outbound sales. Get it is not designed for it but it's the tool we have. We were working with a marketing group to increase inbound sales. We rely on it to track and organize communication and marketing material.

- Attributing activity on a communication that is actually me looking at something I sent.

Initially good but now as an outbound tool, not sure if it is best for us. Our initial marketing push didn't get the results we wanted so need to explore a better tie in the future.
