Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot CRM to keep track of our large database of business contacts & sales. As an advertising-supported publication, knowledge is power. Seeing the history of past deals, who made the deal & who made the purchase makes future sales much easier. It also allows us to keep track of our sales in real-time. Additionally, Hubspot CRM allows us to reach our large base of contacts at scale through the email marketing feature. We use this, along with sequences, as a key part of our sales strategy. I use Hubspot CRM for 6+ hours each day.

  • Easier payment integration.
  • Automatic stats reporting with google ad manager.
  • Notifications when a tracked sales email is opened multiple times.

  • Easier tracking.
  • Easier forecasting.
HubSpot CRM is very user-friendly compared to other CRM software I have used before.
HubSpot CRM is a much more cohesive product.

HubSpot CRM is great for keeping me organized. I love the sales tools and email marketing platform. Deals are also very useful. I wish that there was an easier way to integrate payment options.
