Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I really appreciate how easy it is to use HubSpot CRM; virtually anyone can do it. It's also great that people may fully customize their experiences and dive into them if they want to. Our team was able to design uniform templates for our landing sites and emails, which freed us up to concentrate on the information we are producing and disseminating. As your business grows, HubSpot CRM genuinely scales with you and provides the tools you need.

Pros

  • Platform centralized for controlling the majority of my marketing strategy.
  • HubSpot CRM gives us greater marketing control and a better understanding of our historical and current data.
  • Ability to focus our attention on new avenues and successful campaigns.
  • My preference is the simple organisation of my contacts.

Cons

  • Some drawbacks include the need for task organisation and the lack of an easier way to automate tasks that need to be recreated after I finish them.
  • I've discovered that I occasionally have trouble using the calling tool. Sometimes the audio quality disappoints me.
  • Hubspot might work with a company like Waalaxy and add such features to their platform as well.
  • With an application interface that is simple to use and straightforward, I can influence how our staff handle their own problems and carry out their own operations.
We only use it for our Lead Sourcing and email reach outs. Do not have anything connected with marketing.
Our Manager selected this on the basis it is easy to use.

Using HubSpot CRM's integrations, lead-capturing tools, and reporting data helps us build our database, increase sales, and make wise business decisions. The strange manner that HubSpot CRM interfaces with Gmail are its only flaw. It automatically checks Gmail, but installing an add-on is necessary to handle chats correctly, which is somewhat inconvenient. If a client sends you an email, HubSpot CRM will not get it unless you explicitly add it.
