Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot for pretty much all facets of the customer experience. We manage all our leads, the ability to communicate with sponsors and every step of the customer experience from lead to opportunity to close won to post-sales. We have completely gotten rid of multiple products and managed HubSpot to manage the customer relationship throughout their whole journey.
Pros
- Very easy to use, get up to speed and easy to navigate
- It works, very reputable, very consistent. Very reliable.
- Automatic data scrape that fills everything automatically
Cons
- Their funnel review and ability to understand what percentage of opportunities move from one step (stage) to the next step (stage) across the org is very hard.
- Sequencing product is very basic. A good product for being bare bones but incredibly basic
- Integration with Whatsapp
- Ability to save money by consolidating multiple products and replacing multiple solutions.
- Reps get onboarded 3 weeks quicker by learning about less tools and doing less context switching between tools.
- Much more visibility into what works and what doesn't so we can focus on customers that convert.
HubSpot makes it easy for marketing, sales and post sales team to work with one another. And given all our teams leverage hubspot, it's easy to see the full customer life cycle and be able to where we can do better and double down on what's working and what's not.
With HubSpot, we were able to get more folks and more teams.
