Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

As a Customer Service Representative, I use HubSpot daily to check on our customer's accounts, check reports for my own goals and metrics, and view deals and tickets that I need to update.

It's user-friendly and it shows me all the necessary information I need to help my customer. It's very easy to understand compared to other CRM, and I can link it to my email so that whenever someone mentions my name, I also get a notification.This has helped me make sure that everything is handled accordingly for my customers.
I don't have much information about this, but I know the base of how I use it. It is easy to see all our sales and any marketing that is done by our company. I think Hubspot is really able to connect sales and marketing efficiently.
HubSpot is very user-friendly and can access it anytime anywhere at my own convenience.

Based on my experience, HubSpot has been user-friendly especially when it comes to tickets. I can easily manage my tickets because HubSpot has made an easy view. I can easily find what I need on an account because everything is associated or can be associated like all the Tickets, Deals, Payments, Feedback, and even JIRA where we can see all the issues we have raised. I don't really see any scenarios where HubSpot is inappropriate.
