Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot on a daily basis. I was previously using another CRM tool, but the hassle of managing multiple deals, creating multiple reports, and running email campaigns was too much for me. However, I am now making extensive use of almost all of Hubspot's reporting tools, as well as email sequencing. Another great feature I've noticed in my day-to-day use is the task autoplay option, which has saved me a significant amount of time in finding tasks and reviewing each deal individually. In my current organization, all stakeholders are pleased with HubSpot, and I would strongly recommend it to a friend.

Prior to using the platform, our teams were siloed and had a difficult time working together effectively. With HubSpot CRM, we now have a centralized system for tracking and managing leads and customer interactions, which has allowed for better communication and collaboration between our teams. One of the key features of HubSpot CRM is the ability to track and analyze customer interactions across multiple channels, such as email, social media, and phone calls. This has allowed our marketing team to better understand the needs and interests of our customers and in turn, create more targeted and effective campaigns.
HubSpot is having a very good interface for both Marketing and sales communication. Also in sales, we have more options to create reports and present them. Also, email sequencing was the primary differentiator we were looking into.
