Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I am a BDR, and so I use HubSpot to manage calls and emails to contacts and organizations. I create sequences and manage my activity.
  • I love how HubSpot tracks my activity
  • I love how HubSpot manages my sequences and task reminders
  • I love how HubSpot shows me multiple views if I need it (task vs. email vs. calls)
  • I would love to see HubSpot track activity POST sale, once we have handed a sale off to operations.
  • I think HubSpot is doing pretty well on a lot of other things. I am a fairly new user and still learning.
  • I think HubSpot is doing pretty well at what I need to do.

It is much easier to use than other CRMs that I have used prior. I have found that it has been easier for me to learn and get right to my work and tasks than previous CRMs where I had to incorporate a lot of training before I could even do my job.
Salesforce is like this juggernaut that takes a lot of customization to get it working correctly. I have worked with Salesforce when the admin did a great job modifying the platform in such a way that it worked well, and I have worked with a company who did a terrible job of modifying the platform that made the sales process very rigid and tedious. Zoho never struck me as robust enough. HubSpot fits in a perfect spot in the middle of that. This is my first time using HubSpot, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my training and use of it thus far. Very easy to use and learn.

Yes

For what I do with task/email/calls to create business for my company's sales team, HubSpot does well. I can easily track my activity, check reporting and manage my task list. The only opportunity I have seen is what HubSpot does for my company post-sale. It may be that I have not looked too deeply into that part, but just what I have seen thus far.
