Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I am a BDR, and so I use HubSpot to manage calls and emails to contacts and organizations. I create sequences and manage my activity.
- I love how HubSpot tracks my activity
- I love how HubSpot manages my sequences and task reminders
- I love how HubSpot shows me multiple views if I need it (task vs. email vs. calls)
- I would love to see HubSpot track activity POST sale, once we have handed a sale off to operations.
- I think HubSpot is doing pretty well on a lot of other things. I am a fairly new user and still learning.

Salesforce is like this juggernaut that takes a lot of customization to get it working correctly. I have worked with Salesforce when the admin did a great job modifying the platform in such a way that it worked well, and I have worked with a company who did a terrible job of modifying the platform that made the sales process very rigid and tedious. Zoho never struck me as robust enough. HubSpot fits in a perfect spot in the middle of that. This is my first time using HubSpot, but I have thoroughly enjoyed my training and use of it thus far. Very easy to use and learn.
